  • 4WD is a must , Police checkpoint at foothill will not allow if its not a 4WD.
  • From the foothill to our hotel there is a well maintained tarmac road.
  • About 45 minutes uphill drive from "Birkat al Mawz" (foothill).
  • There is only one fule station on the mountain (Al Maha Fuel Station)
  • The hotel is located 300 meters drive from the fuel station.
  • From "Nizwa" (well known city) to "Birkat al Mawz" (foothill) will be about 30 min drive.
